By using Wishboom you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Wishboom helps an organizer collect contributions from friends and family toward one gift. Wishboom is a coordination tool. We are not a bank, charity, escrow agent or seller of the gift.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to create an account or contribute.

Organizer responsibilities

• Use collected funds for the stated gift or one of the outcomes described on the wish (cover the difference, choose another gift, or give the money to the recipient).
• Only invite people you know and have permission to email.
• Only upload content you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful or harmful.
• Keep your login secure.

Contributions

Contributions are voluntary gifts to the organizer for the stated purpose. Payments are processed by a third-party provider under its own terms. Fees, if any, are shown before you pay. Contributions are generally non-refundable once the gift is purchased. Refund requests are between guests and the organizer, but we may help where we can.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that a goal will be reached, that a gift will be bought or delivered, or that product information, prices or photos from third-party shops (including AI-selected images) are accurate. Links to shops are for convenience; we don't endorse or control them. Nothing on Wishboom is financial, tax or legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wishboom and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for disputes between organizers and guests. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if greater. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply.
